3. Purchases & Delivery of Digital Goods
When you purchase a product, you will receive a license key or digital good delivered electronically. Delivery is deemed complete once the digital product is transmitted to the contact details provided at checkout.
It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your order information. We are not liable for issues resulting from errors in the information you provide.
4. Refund & Replacement Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital goods:
- License keys are considered consumed upon delivery, regardless of whether they are activated.
- Once delivered, license keys cannot be revoked, returned, or verified as unused.
- Refunding a license key carries the risk of continued use by the refunded customer, which constitutes an unrecoverable loss.
Accordingly, we cannot issue refunds under any circumstances. However, at our discretion, we may provide a replacement product of equal value in cases of demonstrable error (e.g., wrong product delivered).
5. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- Ensuring the accuracy of your order details before completing a purchase.
- Maintaining the security of your license key and not sharing it with third parties.
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding software usage.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our store and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Termination & Enforcement
If these Terms are broken by the user, Traveler may terminate the user's access, affiliation, and ability to use Traveler products and services.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our store after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
